  • Studebaker sightings-Dallas to ST. Loius.

Driving from Dallas to ST. Loius I had two studebaker sightings. First was a hawk on a trailer. Hopefully it was enroute to a new home because it looked a little rough. Second was an early Lark in a farmers field. I think I'll be makin an extra stop on the way home.

Came up through Oklahoma then across Missouri. I love trips like this, where the rust radar picks up all kinds of goodies.

Sounds like the same Lark I saw. It was blue with the generic surface rust pattern.

Funny how we all have this Stude radar.

Just last week, saw a modern orange paint, hawk on a trailer traveling south on 35 from Iowa

White Avanti....guessing 1985 ish on a trailer....not hooked up to anything...in a RV park outside of Concordia MO (I-70)
Might have been someone returning from the Avanti meet.

A M truck at the 66mm on I-70 (sweet springs)

An R series flat deck near Nevada MO on 71 highway, which will become Interstate 59 next year.
              61 Lark

The Lark is at mile marker 205 I believe just west of Cuba. The person owns some llamas and other interesting animal in the same field.
He has some gas signs, etc. on the buildings. He may sell them and other items. I have never stopped.
