I am wondering if there is a comp or place that sells a 60 lark model.

I THINK both Brooklin and Schrock Bros have Lark models about that genre. Otherwise, there are the factory promos and a cheaply made Japanese tin type of them that I am aware of. Good Luck,Steve

Old kits of the 59-60 Larks show up on eBay, but are fairly high dollar. I often wished someone would build a kit of that style.

I just bought a Brooklin Lark model in green (the only color) from Studebaker International. It was $95. Nicely done and good price. It could pass for either '59 or '60.

If a 1962 Lark will work for you, Jo-Han made 1/24th scale promotionals and kits of a 62 two-door and convertible.
My suggestion is to set up a notification alert on ebay. Buying one from a old model kit speciality store would probably be much more expensive.

The link I posted is for a 1960 Lark 2 door sedan resin kit. Very nice and easy to build. (for a resin kit)

If a paper model would work, I have designed one:

                  and a 1961:
