Mea Culpa. The story I was referring to somehow had me looking for a motor with shiny parts on it - or at least something not caked with crud. Terms like shot-peened and magnafluxed somehow gave me a mistaken impression, I didn't mean to denigrate the man's memory.

Pat's a class act. I'm sure he didn't mean any harm. I had the same impression of the engine from the description of the work done. disappointing. Too much work for me. But good luck to the seller. My condolences to the family. Horrific disease.sals54

This is an estate auction for my very good friend David Hirschhorn. He died of ALS last year, and his wife must sell everything
