  • Wow!! 1931 President! World's Fair Car?

I would love to restore this car. It looks like an easy restoration.

    Rain on parade time.

The only Worlds Fair about that time, (they are/were supposed to be held once every 10 years) was the "Century of Progress" in Chicago in 1933.

This car looks to be a great candidate for "driveable dream." Roof looks to need replacing (unless you feel duct tape sets it apart from others in the parking lot!) but otherwise, get it back up to safe operating status and clean it up a bit and proudly show as-is.

And only 5 left! (more BS)

          I like this car.

          Chris, how many are left?

He may be correct on only 5 left or less. Where he got the idea of worlds fair car is anybodys guess. It takes a guy with balls like Rick Bloomquest to ask 38k for a car that was for sale 2 weeks ago in Kentucky for 12000. It used to be Ingvar Viks car and he sold it just a few years ago for 8000.

Wonder how you shift with no lever? And it definitely needs more duct tape.
