  • Look what I found

I'm sure many of you have seen these charicatures on eBay. I was looking at one that looked very much like my truck and I thought I would pursue seeing if the artist would make a few changes to it so it would match my truck.

He made the changes for a reasonable nominal extra fee and this is the result. I'm so happy with it that I have asked him to do a custom one of my sedan. You always see Starlight coupes but never a sedan. Well, I'm willing to pay a little extra to get it done right. From scratch artwork is a little more expensive but worth it to me. Check out his web site at bearfootinart.com. BTW, he gave me permission to post this picture on the Forum.

I got a bunch of different pictures from this artist and gave them as Christmas presents to my old car friends.
Very neat stuff and cheap too.

I'm having him do one for my car also. This one's gonna be a little more expensive since he doesn't already have the artwork and is going to have to start from scratch. I always see Starlight coupes but you rarely see 4 doors done. He has a bullet nose Starlight coupe already done but it's also a 50 model.

If anyone else has a 4 door they want done, he'll have the artwork after I commission him to do it. It'll save you a bunch.

I'll post pictures when he gets it done. I was impressed with how fast he is. I had my truck done in a couple of days.

I am glad that I didn't see a "bare" driver in the picture <G>.

That is very neat. Several of his prints are available at a flea market in Branson, MO. I have bought several over the last few years.
You have convinced me to have my car done now.

OK, here's the car. This one cost considerably more because he hadn't already done a 4 door 51. So if you've got a 4 door 51 and want one of your car, he can change colors and make minor changes a lot cheaper.
