Electrical: 1939 commander horn????

where is and/or was the horn located ? I cant hear it !

The horn/s were located in front of the radiator. The horn relay is located on the drivers side near the radiator. A wire comes out of the steering column and attaches to the relay. Another wire comes from the battery. The third wire goes to the horn. The horn is behind the grill. On the 1940 model the bolt that holds the hood latch also attached the horn. Hope this helps.
