  • Convertible and custom '57 Hawks.

I have a 1:18 scale model of a '57 Golden Hawk I'm thinking about rebuilding and customizing a little. Has anybody ever built a (real) convertible '57 Hawk? I don't know where I'm going with this, but I'm open to doing anything custom to it (other than a model ch*vy engine! ) I want to make it a convertible just because it's missing the rear window... Pictures? What 'cha got?

Interestingly, I've not seen a finned Hawk convertible yet. Several 53's and a couple GT's, but not a '57-'61 model.
