Got an unexpected offer tonight, and decided to go for it!
Went to a church meeting tonight (Us LDS seem to have a lot of those!) and after the meeting the conversation turned to cars. I mentioned my long-stalled brake job on my Cruiser and my lack of garage space, one member of the group piped up with 'That stuff is always easier on a lift, why don't we drag her to my shop and Monday after hours figure what she needs?'
How do you turn down an offer like that? (After all, I don't like working in the gravel drive.)
Who knows? He might decide he needs a Studebaker of his own when I'm done!
