I would sure like to know more about this truck. It seems to be hard on the power in this picture as the front end seems high in the air. Thanks for posting this really cool picture.

Joe -

In those days....most ALL of the cars were "nose" high.
It aided in traction. Remember...in those days, the tires were terrible traction wise.

Very good point, Mike. I do remember the nose high profile seen at drag strips back in the day. That may well be the reason for the look in the picture.
