  • Linking to the Registries. Should I?

I'm working on a website for my '64 Cruiser, as well as a larger site on Studebaker history. I'm thinking of including links to the on-line registries, maybe offering an on-line form for each registry, sent by e-mail upon completion, making it easy to add your car (or truck) to the lists.
    Should I try this?

I think it might bring a few cars out of the shadows.

You mean you want to link some kind of Form to all of the different people's sites who have different year registries?

Sounds complicated, I don't think you can get into their websites.
Maybe I don't understand the process, but if it worked it WOULD be cool!

The registries I'm familiar with usually allow for submitting your car's info by e-mail.
What I propose is to write a form for each participating registry that will simplify sending the e-mail. The car owner would simply fill out the form and hit submit, and their info would be sent on it's way. Those registries that are on-line would also get a link from my site. All I'd need are the e-mail address and the instructions for submitting.
It's simple, good practice for me, and might get me a few more visitors.
