FOM Overfill - how much fluid to drain?

Hi all,

It appears I have inadvertently overfilled my Flight-O-Matic. How much fluid should I drain if the dipstick shows 1/2" over the "FULL HOT" mark?

If yours is anything like mine...just leave it alone for a couple of weeks...it will take care of that all by itself.

About a half of a Qt. should do it Clark, if you overdo it, it's easy to put a few ounces back in. Or better yet, just judge the amount of overfill vs the 1 Qt. Low to Full range, and guess how much of that One Qt. your overfill is.
