Gran Turismo Drip Rail Moulding - ??

HAS ANYONE came up with a tool for removing the snap - on stainless steel drip rail moulding?? OR does anyone have any Good ideas for removal of same; without damaging the stainless??? IF you have ever tried to remove one of these, you will know what I mean. I have removed several; but Never without a lot of pain, suffering AND some damage. There has to be a better method!!
