Photographer sez: "On display for the Armed Forces Day event at the Columbus, IN airport (KBAK). A Studebaker called the Romthe Special. Raced at the 1930 Indianapolis 500. Driven by J. C. McDonald. Engine is a President 8 cylinder, 336 displacement. Qualified 13th with a speed of 98.953 MPH. Note: F4 Phantom in the background."
