I have a neighbor who purchased a 1950 4-door Champion. He really wants to street rod this car. I tried to talk him out of it, but at least we have a young man who wants to drive one. Anyway, He asked me for information on S-10 frame. I looked at Bob Johnstone's tech info. and found no info on how to put a 1950 Champion on to a chevy frame. Any help on this would be appreciated. I am just helping out. I gave him a membership package. Hope he joins.

I believe there is a 50 Starlight in the Fresno area that is on an S10 frame. It's painted desert camoflage and it might be 4WD.

If he is driven to do that, then he should be informed about the jalopy journal site The HAMB. They have a lot of discussion and build info on using S10 frames and a lot of them really know what they are doing.
