Illinois Owners - Raymond Boyd?

I need to do a VIN verification on the '59 Silver Hawk I just purchased. The PO never claimed the title yet gave me a copy of a previous title from 1989 - Issued in Illinois.

Wondering if anyone from Jonesboro, Illinois knows a Raymond Boyd, who would have been the previous owner of this car.

I don't know of him personally, but there are a lot of Boyds in Union Co., IL. I graduted from Anna-Jonesboro Community High School in '83. I will ask some of my Facebook friends if they know him. His name did pop up in a Google search, I noticed.
