A Deal?

A local guy here has an ad on craigslist. A 62 Lark and a 78 F250. The Lark is a 4dr with the six and 3spd OD trans. Its pretty rough as you can see in the pics. The Ford is 3/4 ton, 2wd with a 351 midland, and a 4spd. Don't know much about Fords. He's asking $300 for both. Should I take it? I don't need another 4dr car as well as a six with a 3spd. But the glass and some body parts look good. Here is the pic.
