  • New in the Hamilton Chapter

The same couple who revived a long-stored 64 GT Hawk a little over a year ago, and joined the Hamilton chapter, must have bitten bigtime by the Stude bug...they've now added a 1950 Champion 4dr to their stable. It went on the road about a week ago. Here it is at the October chapter meeting at the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum. These folks' GT quickly became a very regular sight at local cruises and shows...I'm guessing the 50 will too next season.

Incidentally, I've posted pix of a maroon 50 before...this is not the same car...I hope to lens this well-matched pair together in 2011!

    Pix to follow momentarily.

Nice car. My 51 Land Cruiser was originally this colour (yes, the spelling is correct when speaking to a fellow Canadian) and it is called Comanche Red.

      Cheers,
