Today I was doing some research in my basement "collection" and found out something kind of irionic. On October 15th, 1960 the first "Flat Four" experimental engine was put on a dyno in the engineering building. It was completed yesterday in 1960 (Oct 14th) The Flat Four is now in the basement of the SNM. I thought this was an interesting piece of Studebaker history for the day.
