I went to facebook and looked at the other pictures. The car is a 51 Land Cruiser and the raffle appears to be a legitimate attempt to pay off their building.

I'll have to admit it would be tempting to buy a ticket, but then if I won I would have to come up with shipping. You're even further that I am. Of course, the car would be worth more than the shipping cost + ticket.
