      I was under the impression Dick sold it for more than that. If so, someone took a bath.

      If that is the case, it shows the dangers of selling customs...i.e. you have to find someone with your taste or "vision".

        I wouldn't consider $47.5 as taking a bath in this economy. I think it sold for a bit more this time. Maybe after the selling fees it was a wash. That was a 1959 car show pedigree vision, updated pretty darn nicely and beyond the original effort. Not for everyone....maybe. But, that has to be considered an awful nice top selling price for a Studebaker custom, I would think. We haven't been pulling vintage Ferrari money out of these, you know? <GGG>
