Hello - Can a flathead 6 from a 1959 Lark be easily swapped in to replace the flathead 6 in a 1957 Silver Hawk? Thanks

It should be a fairly easy conversion, if they are both the same trans. type Std./Auto and you keep the Clutch/Converter housing with it's original engine so you don't have to "dial-in" the housing. Keep in mind that you will have a smaller less powerful 170 cu.in. 90 HP vs 185 cu. in. 101 HP. engine.
