Blue on Black '62

On my visit to Tom Ks Studebaker yard the other day, I bought a '62 Lark promo car. Nothing too special, just the Jo-han kit. I have built the same kit before, just out of the box black. I really like the car, it was just [I]too[I/] "blah". So I decided to give this one a paint job with the same dark metalic blue I used on the Lawk-Lark. It turned out so well that it looks factory! I left the interior flat black and added the "stainless" paint where the trim would be.

Hey, nice. I bought one of those out of the bus at SB in May (also bought a pale blue hardtop from another vendor), but your extra detailing really makes the little promo pop.

One of the promos I want to add to my collection next is a hard top Lark, any year. I have found a few, but never under $60! This '62 was $25.
