I don't live that far away here in Wyoming and I would be interested. BUT my wife is still pretty unhappy about the two Avanti's that showed up at our house while she was away!!

Besides being a nice car, it appears to be a Deluxe with the optional dual headlight package.

That would make a nice driver. Love those 61's. Looks like it is getting a Lark Shine in that pic.

MCCAB, wives sweeten up to Lark at a blink of an eye compared to Avanti's. Give it a try, you will be surprised.

Am I the only one that sees the "The floor boards are rusted out" and "A few dents as you can see in the picture"?

Rusted out floor boards are standard equipment on Studes. So used to seeing it listed that I'm starting to accept it.

The picture could be 20 years old judging from the trucks in the background.

Nope. But it also says "but no rust anywhere else"- an important part you missed. As Gordon says, floor rust tends to be the norm with Studes, even on otherwise solid cars. Depending on severity, easier to fix than any other rustout.

Obviously, it would bear investigation beyond the one old picture shown; but a running 2-door Lark for $695 can afford to have some rust and dents.

Neither of my 2 Studes have rusty floors... Maybe I should start using them to store fertilizer.

"She's 6 cyl. 3 on the tree with overdrive."

But stopped reading when I got to this~

Like I really need another one anyway...
if anything-- I need to thin my fleet!!!
