        By location of the Turnsignal Lamps it looks to be a '56. There is a '56 Golden Hawk now being restored in India.

            It's probably in Kolkata (used to be Calcutta) which is the capital of West Bengal state in India.
            I go to India on business a couple of times a year and have seen a few Studebaker trucks. They were very colourfully painted like all the trucks over there, but of course I never had my camera ready.
