  • What is this gauge's application

Going through a box of parts I picked up in SB. This looks similar to a finned Hawk gauge, but I've never seen one with a white face. Is it even Studebaker?

It's a Stewart Warner Gauge made for Studebaker Part # 1552829 '61 Lark Regal & Deluxe, '62 Lark Deluxe,
AC Kit option gauge package component. Used on severe service vehicles, Taxi, Police & H.D.

Also can be used on "C" Cab Trucks '57-'59 with idiot lights, though Black face is preferred.

Thanks Rich. I never knew they offered "real" gauges for the '61 and '62 Lark. Learn something new everyday!

No Problem Matt, I have one sitting right here. Those do just BARELY fit in the bottom outboard corners of the Instrument recess in the dash panel.

I have seen a couple cars with aftermarket Oil Press. and Ammeter in the same places.
