My bro -in-law called me this afternoon.says hey bro i think i saw a stude in junk yard at skyline(about 15 miles from me).L jump in the truck n head out.The old guy was just locking the gate when i pulled up,I asked him did he have a stude in there.He said sure c'mom i show ya.There it sat 1950 champion faded blue paint.I said does it run he said yes i just got it out of the back of shop yesterday.,had to buy a battery for it hadnt been cranked in 10 years.I looked it over real good no rustin floors trunk that i could see but surface stuff frame good too.only thing i could find missing was horn button
all lenses in great shape but pitting on headlight n tail light chrome solid little car. Asked him how much n he said got 4or 5 people looking at it but would take 4,000. We jawed a little and as i started to leave he said 4 was my asking will take less . I said i get in touch with you.Going back to take some pics tomorrow or friday and jaw a little more oh yes he also got a 54 4dr buick v8 roadmaster solid as a rock. Some days are just good stude days
