hydraulic vice update

Took my vice to Glendale Monday (could only stay a few hours, was great) and discovered what the foot controls look like. Thought I'd seen them where I found the vice, but was not the originals, crude home made. So the question is, does any one have pedal/pump like in the picture? Has 3 pedals, 1 fast pump, 1 slow pump, 1 release.
