Well, we're making some progress. Studebaker Ken has been working on this off and on for the past couple of months (with me painting parts and minor stuff) and it's getting closer to the day that I get to put 'er on the road. I'm as excited as I can be. :D

Here's a shot of the engine compartment - barn fresh:

And here it is after a little paint and some solid mechanical work:

Yeah - man that baby's LOOKIN' GOOD, Tom! As you know, I saw it just a couple days ago. You're gonna have one fine cruisin' machine when that thing's all back together. And you've got one hell of a Stude wrencher a-workin' on it. [:p][8D][^]

Thanks everyone for the kind comments. Especially, Mr. Biggs Ė pictures are one thing but seeing it in the flesh and saying it looks good is quite another. Thank you!

Yeah, Kenís great! Itís been a lot of fun doing this with him and Iím looking forward to our next project. Iím torn, part of me wants this to go on (farting around the shop with Ken) and the other part just wants to get the car on the road ASAP.

What a transformation!

It's evident that lots of Elbow power, paint and polish went into this beautiful engine compartment. Share more pictures, please, on your progress.
