  • Another stude in a movie

Has anyone seen the movie Gifts of an Eagle? The car Kent Durden drives in the beginning of the movie is, I think, a '56 stationwagon. It's a great movie and a really nice wagon too. Has anyone seen this movie? Can you identify the model of the wagon? Sure is a beautiful car.[^]

There was a movie I remembered from the 80's from reading another post
on here, it was about a kid who moved to a new town, and started at a
new high school, he drove his dads 4 door bullet nose. At the end of
the movie, he meets up with the jock who has a 55 Chevy conv, and he
rams it from the back and then the front totalling the car. He then
drives off in the Stude (with wheels wobbling???). I can not remember
the name of the movie ... ring a bell anyone??

Mischief. The bulletnose was a bottom of the line '50 Champion 2-door. Most people watched the movie to see Mrs. John Travolta all natural<G>.

Thats the one ... Its been years since I saw it, dont even remember
the scene you are refering too, and I thought it was a 4 door.[:I]

        Mischief (1985)

        Goofs for Mischief (1985)
Continuity: In the car ramming scene near the end the hood ornaments repeatedly disappear, and reappear between shots.

Continuity: In the interior shots of the Studebaker just before Jonathan runs over the fire hydrant, the left rear window is partially open, but when we see the wreck, the window is closed. Just after the wreck, the front bumper is undamaged. When he is driving home in the next scene, the bumper is badly bent.

I can not find "Gifts of an Eagle" on IMDB, are you sure that the
the title of the movie? I also can not find "Kent Durden".
