The wife and I are headed up to Allentown Pa. tomorrow to pick up the 60 Lark. We are going to take about a 6 or 7 day roadtrip getting back to Okla. Were going west, then south and hit the BlueRidge Parkway, then The Great Smokey Mountains, across Tenn., Arkansas, and back into Okla. We are looking foward to the trip (at least we don't have to go through New York City this time), and hope to have an uneventful trip. I'll give you guys a report when we get back. Later OkieBob & Pam

Hate to change your travel plans, but head west to South Bend and visit the swap meet May 5-6.

Bob, Dad and my brother Phil will be there. They might tailgate you back to OK. I think Dad wants to stop in Springfield Mo. and look at some GT Hawks and other Stude a SDC member has there.
Any how please have a fun and safe trip.

Hey, Okiebob and Pam...

I bought my 53 Starliner in Tulsa some years ago. My girlfriend I was visiting lent me the money to buy it. I paid her back about six months later, and six months after that she joined me in Ohio (to visit the Stude, I guess). She never left, and we've been married for 14 years... best two decisions I ever made.

Good luck on your trip home.

Regards,
Bob (stude53)
