I've never seen a '53-54 front turn/park light like this.

    What the heck??

What the heck is that the fella he got this from had it on good authority (from his wife's 5th cousin's good buddy - who used to dream of owning a 53 Studebaker) that this is what he says it is.[}]

    Miscreant at large.

    1957 Transtar 1/2ton
    1960 Larkvertible V8
    1958 Provincial wagon
    1953 Commander coupe
    1957 President 2-dr
    1955 President State
    1951 Champion Biz cpe
    1963 Daytona project FS
No deceptive flags to prove I'm patriotic - no biblical BS to impress - just ME and Studebakers - as it should be.

      Hmm.
Sure shows a resemblance to the pair I have on my shelf from a '49 Champ 8G - W3. Maybe his cousin was thinking of a Kissel? <grin>

I wrote to him (probably not the only one) and he pulled the auction.

Yes, definitely 47-49 Champion (only) accessory front turnsignals. Plus you need the special chrome bars these bolt to as well, if anyone is thinking of adding them to a car not so equipped.[:0]

Also have the chrome bars of which you speak, if anyone is in need.
