All 57's had the singles, and the 58 Presidents, Commanders, and maybe some high end Champions had the duals. I think...

All '58 cars had pods except the Scotsman and Hawks. Dual headlights were optional on the Champions, but they still had those crazy pods- don't know why... [?]
Seems to me they woulda' looked tons better with the singlelight fender as on the Scotsman!!! Here's an example of what they shoulda' done~
That's one good lookin' Commander by the way!!!

There were NO Stude sedans built with the big fins and no-pod headlites up front.
