  • 1961 Lark Tail Light Lenses

I could use a new set of tail light lenses for my 1961 Lark but when I found one on ebay and bid $126.07 for it someone out bid me. If anyone knows where I can find a good pair please let me know.

Try SASCO or Studebaker International. I'm pretty sure I've seen these at SASCO, but I'm not 100% sure.

Try Bill Cathcart. I sold him many NOS, NORS and good used 1961 Lark tail light lenses. Its been awhile, but these are outside the realm of what he normally sells.

The truth is, that one on ebay was probably a good deal. These are getting to be rarer than the proverbial Hen's teeth. All the easy one's are LONG gone! NONE of the usual Stude vendors carry them and no one wants to lay out the big bucks to have them reproduced.[V]

I know a guy near South Bend that has a new set and he's going to sell his '61 Lark I think so if he does there will probably be a set forsale . He does though know what they are worth.

WHAT THE HECK IS A STINGRAY??....LOL and is it true that once you learn how to ride you never loose it?
I think I would look like Mr. Magoo...climbing on it......>> remember him?

I have 4 taillights (just the glass part) that I am not gonna use.

I've got a couple of 60 Lark tail light lenses buried around around here somewhere. If you still need one, lemme know.

Oops, I stand corrected I guess. What I saw at SASCO must have been the 1960 lenses!

I apologize to everyone for my apparent posting of mis-information!

What, you can't get 62-63 taillights??? We have a few at our shop. I have a stack of the 63 'spiders' that go on the lenses. I find them all the time at swap meets for just a few bucks. I paid $5.00 for a whole tail light assembly not too long ago.
