OK Guys, new interior came today and it is SHARP! Rene @ Phantom was great to work with and I got in with some other GT covers, so it only took a few weeks. Now, I gotta get the covers installed. I put new leather in an older Benz I owned, but it used the more contemporary system with channels in the seat frames and rigid edges on the covers. I've never used hog rings and am a little hesitant. These covers weren't cheap! On the other hand, I'm pretty anal retentive and pretty handy (10 home renovations), so I know my way around tools and pretty good with grunt work. Are there any good books or web links for upholstery sites? Or should I just bite the bullet and find a professional?

    I want them in now!

    Thanks!
    Terry

Bite the bullet and have a pro do it. I've had a few folks do my covers correctly, but many leave wrinkles. If they were bench seats, or a lot cheaper I might feel differently.
