Too brief a description. And look at what he writes about the frame being painted and compare that to the one underside shot of the rear section.:(
Sure, the frame was painted - when it left the factory![:0]

Yea,very poor description, but if I were thinking of bidding Id be e-mailing the seller and asking for his phone#.
It actually looks like a very nice truck, it has a FOUR speed, not
three, looks to be a 3/4 ton,or mabey even a one ton.I bet its also got the big Commander six (way better than the little Champion) and with a bunch of work and a bit of money could make a fine hauler.
Most of these trucks are geared really low so it would no doubt be more attractive with a 3-speed OD, but like I say,to me, it looks pretty darn good.
If your freinds bidding seriously get the seller to send him more pictures, and ask lots of questions.

Robert - maybe the guy meant three useable speeds plus Granny Gear![:0];)

I wasn't knocking the truck that much but I do have alarm bells go off when something in the description is so blatantly countered by what you can see with your own eyes.[}:)]

BIG 6 would be desireable, to be sure. But without Overdrive, 60MPH will have it singing like a soprano![:0]
