    Looking for a few parts

    Hello everyone

    I have a few parts questions. Does anyone have/know of a good front drivers side door for a 55 four door sedan? Also, would a 56-58 12 volt wiper motor/drive fit my car? If so, would anyone have one? I have a good 6 volt if anyone wants to trade.

    Careful! There's different front doors for sedans in '55! You have to specify if your car is the early, flat windshield or the later, Ultra-Vista variety. One door won't fit the other.[:I]
    Yes, the 12 volt motors will swap. SASCO has new ones available. 800-722-4295

      Careful! There's different front doors for sedans in '55! You have to specify if your car is the early, flat windshield or the later, Ultra-Vista variety. One door won't fit the other.[:I]

        Opps! Thanks Mr.Biggs for bringing that up. Its the later car with the wrap-around windshield.

            I don't know if this will work with your '55... Buuuuuut, the wiper motor on my '56 was bad and the assembly from one of my Champs just bolted right in. Um, Champs as in Champ pickup.
