What is the best way to disolve all the grease off the frame and engine parts? I have tried Simple Green and a few other things but it won't come off.

I don't know of any one step do it all product. I usually scrape the thick dry stuff by hand, spray with PB Blaster to soften what's left, then spray with SuperCharged ThunderBlast from the local Dollar Bargain(it'll take the paint of the engine) and, finally high pressure steam cleaning. There are always still spots that need picked out again. I think of it as therapy.

Oven cleaner works well if you're going to repaint. Otherwise pressure washer or steam cleaner.

What does work well but you have to be ever so careful. Also wear hand and eye protection. A small propane torch. Carefully heat it in small areas. Scrape while it is still warm. Remember you are working with fire so keep fire safety in mind and good ventilation. I've done this and it even works on old undercoating. Be careful and take your time.
