  • Studebaker Signs

I accidentally found this while looking for "other eye candy" on google images. I've never seen one like it before. Are there any other odd but neat signs out there[?][]

That's a earlier rack than I've owned. I've had the later hose, belt and clamp racks.

            Gary,
Nice collection you've got there. And the sign is terrific.

Great signs and pictures. Thanks For those of you coming to the International, and who like signs, our very large memorabilia room called "Grand Canyon Motors" will have a 22ft 57 banner, a 22ft 61 banner, two neon signs(Lark and Truck), and around 20 banners from 1956-1966(if we can figure out a way to display them as well as showroom signs for the 49-53 truck, 51 landcruiser, 62 line as well as the 58 showroom display. Many other goodies including tables of promos and other Stude toys. No pics until the International.

Mike, I have a similar sign. Is yours made of aluminum? Are these reproductions? Any idea of value or cost?Steve

I would love to find one of those radiator hose racks.

I have one of those 2 sided reproduction signs SI had them several years ago for 99.95 IIRC

I wish they still carried the large stamped metal thermometers. Everyone complements it.

Hold that thought, Chris. I'm planning on doing some downsizing soon.

On the other hand, this one takes up no space at all!

Granted, it's a repro; courtesy of Terge Haugland from Norway. He produced sixteen and sent two to the U.S.
I think he may have arranged for the Museum to offer them for sale.

I have a original sign and a thermostat. Neat thing is both were given to me by 2 different people who said I had to have them because of my Studebaker!
