  • What a cool journal, Dylan! (Studebaker hot rod)

Note to Dylan Wills- I've been following your topic on getting young people as members, and happened to click on your link in signature line to see your HAMB hot rod journal. I'd like to say "Great pictures and description in your excellent journal on your engine swap!"

By the way, I'm 70 years old, and still a hot rod at heart, and the proud owner of a personalized resto-mod 1953 Studebaker Starliner Hardtop.

To the rest of my Forum friends, If you haven't taken the time to start at page 16 and go backwards to page one of Dylan's journal, carve an hour out to look at the fine work he has done and the excellent story he tells at:

Bob, Actually that is the journal of my '53 engine swap and build. Thanks for the kind words. Always glad to find another Studebaker Hot rodder!

Thanks for the kind comments, but I think you clicked on the wrong profile. I sure wish that was my car! I'm doing a car, but I haven't made a journal. It's a '62 Lark 4 door sedan, Regal, 6 and auto. It is going to be a mild custom, but nothing like the superb build likt Mr.Dillings car! [8D]

        Pat,

Sometimes I get confused[)] and make mistakes as to who does what[:I], but my comments about your Journal were accurate.

        So, congratulations, Pat.

        Dylan,

I was reading your young people topic and Pat posted a comment right above one of your responses, I came along and clicked on Pat's last line and thought it was yours.[B)]

So, go start a Journal so I can track your progress, too.

Sorry I mistook you for Pat.[:I]

Hey, no worries! I make tons of mistakes, I can't be picking on someone because they made one! I'm seriously thinking about starting a blog about my garage adventures, but we shall see. [8D] Right now I just need the time to sit down and do it, LOL!
