Oil breather cap, coil bracket, throttle linkage, fan & water pump pulley, generator adjustment bracket... I'm sure I'm missing a bunch...

And when I got the car the oil filter canister was mounted on the right fender but we've gotten a bracket and hoses to mount it on the engine. Does anyone have some fabulous pictures of how it's mounted and how the hoses are routed?

I guess you know your Block, Valve Doors and Head should be Studebaker '56-'57 Turquoise Green as you did not ask that.
The Fan, Fan Pulley and Gen. adj. arm, Water Pump, Bell Housing, and Transmission also.

This '55 has good looking gray steel linkages and Coil Bracket.

Your Oil Cap, Spark Plug Wire Raceway, Coil, Generator, Starter, Volt Reg. all should be Gloss Black.

Oil Filter bracket black, Filter case Fram Orange, lid gloss Black.

Incidentally, this '55 Engine should be dark Blue, not Black!

The 56 era gloss black is today's satin black, DO NOT use gloss black, it will be too much gloss

Sounds like we are close! The fan and pulley are currently black[:0], so I guess now is the time to change them to turquoise...I need to replace the upper generator bracket as it has a crack in it.

So all the linkage and the coil mount are supposed to be steel gray? I got as much rust off of the mount as I could, the inside is a real pain...but all the linkage is clean! What's the best thing to coat the bare steel parts with so they won't rust again? I've got some aluminum color paint and clear.

Distributor I'm guessing is also black?
