Found one there for another Midway member to fit his M-series.

It is an aftermarket accessory. There was an another, almost identical, without the large "S."

My local dealer (Hodak Motor Sales in Kankakee, Illinois) ordered quite a few of these. They were referred to as "monogram" grille guards and the dealer price was $16 and $32 installed to the customer. One sold on Ebay in July 2003 for $71.
