259 V8 Identification

I need to ID what I believe to be a 259 V8 that's been sitting under my work bench for over 20 years. The serial number on the block is P20452. The valve covers say "Passmaster" and it has a four barrel carb (Carter WCFB). Can someone verify its disploacement and possibly from which vehicle it came?
