    Well, Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have done it. I have taken the leap and gotten back into Studedom after 25years. Certainly is a different world in here than it was then. Then I was a member of the North Texas Chapter, which was really a large chapter and ran a Studebaker Circle Burner. Yes, it was competitive.
The Turning Wheel was black and white only, and everything was NOS. Have been reading the forum for a while, and really enjoying the interplay. One thing I believed then, and still believe, is that a Studebaker should neither smoke, or leak, and I appreciate your dedication to that end.
I do hope that I can contribute some things to the discussion, and learn many more. Having something unusual like a Studebaker is a task, and a joy. Right now I am in the task portion of the experience, and look forward to your assistance.

Welcome back, I to took a break of about 10 years back in the 80,s when I won a Avanti II at the York meet. The sale of that car a year or so later led to the purchase and sale of 6-12/year for the next 25. Now I do Studebakers full time in my retirement. I may need to retire from my retirement.

Welcome back Chuck. You'll note that "Turning Wheels" has really progressed over the years. I've been a member since 1991. I've always loved Studebakers, but didn't have one for many years until I bought my Lark in '91.
By the way, I thought Studes were SUPPOSED to leak. (grin)
