I looked at a Daytona convertible this afternoon. I am not sure if it is a 62 or 63. The interior is shot and the front sheetmetal was off. It has some rust but too terribly bad.The guy that is working on it says it was a 289 w/ auto. I am curious to know how many were produced?

The 1962 has a wraparound windshield like the earlier Larks and the 1963 has a windshield like the later Lark types. The 1963 has a completely padded dash where the 1962 dash is only padded on top.
The production numbers that I have for convertibles is 2681 in 1962 and 1015 in 1963.
