Heat- not much but not freezing

Food- snack counter in main building. Otherwise York is a sizable city, tons of food choices nearby

Snow- nuts with it, come anyway! Never seen any fall there yet; worst has been a chilly wind

    Hope to see you there!

folks have jackets on because unless you're vending and take it off and put on your chair....you're always on your feet tire kicking and shmooozing and looking for buys...I think there are coat racks near the doors, but I
ve never seen anything hanging on them....BTW...what's the count on the vendors in the 2nd building ???

Chilly wind?? I can't deal with that! [)] Personally I rather see most of us in jackets than the way we look in shorts. Lenny, just get up here, you'll survive. What's on your parts wish list? I'm sending some parts back to Georgia with some of your local crew, btw.

York is the [u]ABSOLUTELY</u> best place to find those parts you're looking for. Sure, you can go to Hershey or Carlisle and walk for days and not find the part you are looking for.....but why do that?? Come to York, cuss be the weather if we get a few flurries, but, go home with that hard-to-find part you need.

We're friendly in Keystone Region Chapter, and you can't beat the admission price, [u]FREE!!!!</u>. The best food in York is at Alexander's, just a few blocks from the site of the meet.

Bring a jacket....you may or may not need it. The buildings [u]are</u> heated, we can't do much better than that!!

Lenny, if Jim backs out, remember, "Delta's ready when you are" You being a NY transplant, shouldn't have any problems with the weather.. DO hope ya'll get to go, wish I could, but you know the old "Looser-Cruiser" has to come first.

I'm planning on going. We'll be driving up on Thursday and heading over to the fairgrounds on Friday morning. We'll leave bright and early on Sunday to head beck south.

What time do things begin on Friday? I never can seem to get that opening time right.

One of the first York shows we did we had to drive thru a horrible blizzard, two years later it was 72 degrees. Only issue is the wind between the two buildings. Last year it was nice, high in the 60's.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I believe the event starts on Thursday this year and ends on Saturday. In the past it was from Friday to Sunday with many of the vendors leaving on Saturday.

                          regards,
                          Jay

I didn't realize for some reason that the days were different this year. If things start on Thursday, does tbat mean that we should get into York on Wednesday so that we are ready to hit the Fairgrounds on Thurday then plan on leaving on Saturday? This is getting a little muddled, then for me I guess this is nothing new.
