  • Anyone parting out a 59-60 Lark Hardtop?

A very good friend and son of a former Studebaker Dealer has been restoring a 59 Lark Hardtop for more years than he or I can remember. Sometime in the process he sold his old interior. It is now time for the new interior, and he is missing the upper rear quater panel trim, metal foundations (called rear quarter trim retainer, letter B, in lower illustration on page 60 of the 59-64 Body Parts Catalog) Vinyl condition not important, to be re-covered with new material. Yes, we know SASCO, and now S.I. had new ones (they are now on their way to Colo.). We are looking for a good non rusted pair to re-cover.
    Thanks.

I'm pretty sure I have a set. I parted out a 59 hardtop many years ago and have a complete set of door and interior rear quarter panels with the associated upper panel trim pieces. Would he be interested in the whole thing? The vinyl obviously would have to be replaced, but the chrome and mylar are in excellent shape.
