On the home page of this website, there is a listing for "local SDC Chapters" for you to click on. Type in Michigan and you'll see a bunch of Michigan chapters. If one is near you, you can contact them to see if anyone there can help you. I'd also look into joining the Antique Studebaker Club. They cater mostly to pre-war Studes and yours would certainly qualify.
