I have an opportunity to get a 56 power hawk, It is rusty and in tough shape. Is it worth trying to restore it or it to expensive to try to restore a car that was only made for one year? Thanks for any advise people might have

If it's that rough and rusty, don't do it as an investment. If you love projects, then by all means go ahead. Even though the Power Hawk was only made one year, parts from other years interchange, so they aren't difficult to locate.

However, unless you just love the car, I'd spend more money and buy one that's already been restored--you'll be dollars ahead.

Depends on if it's better off as a parts car too. As mentioned, other Hawk parts are easily interchangeable, which helps in the process.
