When Studebaker shut down in South Bend they became the "Common Sense" car because they weren't going to make annual changes ala the American tradition. I think this brochure came out late in the '64 model year. I remember getting one in the mail as a reassurance to Studebaker owners that the company was here to stay (right!).
I don't think the brochure is particularly rare (at least in the US). I have had a few over the years. They weren't a hot item at parts meets.

Let's be honest, they weren't doing annual styling changes because they couldn't afford to. And with all the parts from they had left over from the '64 models that didn't sell, it would make financial sense to change anything. Heck, be greatful that the auto side of the business was able to spend the little amount it did to freshen up the front end for '66.

As for the brouchure, I don't know how rare it is. If the cars are pictured with RHC, I'm sure it is. Most of the North American brochures are available at very reasonable pricing. And by rare, you might get $20 for it.

Let's be honest, they weren't doing annual styling changes because they couldn't afford to. I looked through my brochures and I have two of that one, so they must not be too rare. There was a kite with "the Common Sense Car" on it and some other items that I put in a frame. They also put out some leaflets on transistorized iginition in 65.

I've had a couple of these brochures. Studebaker was attempting to go the Volkswagen route since it could no longer afford annual restyling/facelifts. When the original Lark was designed Harold Churchill liked it so much he was known to have said he favored keeping the design the same for several years.

I would be willing to sell the extra copy of that brochure for that price, but I only have one each of the transistorized ignition leaflets, so I don't want to part with them.
