        Tim-
Start with John Bridges' book:"Studebaker's Finest" and add factory sales materials.

Someone states that the trim was Loma Gray. This is true for all early 1953s, but is not true when they came out with the Spring Special for 1953.

I MAY still have a 1953 Commander Starliner steering wheel. I will let you know if I locate it.

There were cloth, vinyl and leather seat options for 1953 C/Ks.

Tim, with only a few vendors dealing with Studebaker interiors, I don't think you'll find a catalog similar to those with Camaros, Firebirds, Mustangs or Corvettes. As mentioned, you'll need the salesmans manual or a new car brochure (limited pictures) or car show pictures from someones photo album.

Maybe one of the vendors will put up this type of display on their website for those wanting to make a change.

Tim - I searched for the '53 wheel in the storage part of my garage, but have not had success so far. It either went with a lot of parts that I sold or it is in a shed or another storage area that I can't get to just now. I will keep it in mind, unless that I hear that you get one elsewhere.
